What is a MTM Suit?

A Made-to-Measure Suit is a suit made to fit you perfectly. You can choose your cloth, linings, trimmings and other features to create your ideal suit.

What is the difference between an MTM Suit and a Regular Suit?

A Made-to-Measure Suit is when you use a pre-designed pattern, which is the case in an MTM Suit. With a regular suit, you are limited to the off the rack fabrics and sizes, which may not be suitable for you if you're after something a little more tailored to you. Of course, you can alter an off the rack suit, but a personally tailored suit holds no comparison in terms of fit and style.

How long will it take from initial consultation to final fitting?

We like to allow around 6 weeks to make your MTM Suit. If there are delays in receiving your Suit on time, then we will notify you immediately.

What do your prices start at for MTM Suit?

Our MTM Suit starts at £1,295. Price then depends on your choice of cloth and any other additions you may like.

What are your standard terms of payment?

We ask for a 50% deposit, then the final balance is paid once you are completely happy with your MTM Suit.

What is the process?

In your consultation appointment, we help you select your cloth and trimmings and discuss the style of suit you would like. Then we take your measurements and give you an approximate completion date.

How many times will I need to visit you to have my Suit made?

Generally, one visit is enough for us to go through all your requirements for your Suit. If you feel you need longer let us know and we can arrange a second visit, you can always pop in store if you need to have a quick chat for any reason.

Do you hold some examples of your tailoring that I can try and look at before I order?

Yes. We have try-on samples and we use these to discuss how the fit should be.

How many cloths do you hold that I can choose from?

We have over 2,000 cloths to choose from so you have plenty of choices.

Can I bring my own fabrics to you?

Yes. You may bring your own fabric if you have something specific. Generally, we would charge 2/3 of the price to have your item made.
