Goods ordered are usually sent by FedEx or Royal Mail on a priority express delivery service where possible. We hope to dispatch your order within 2-5 working days of purchase. Where possible, we aim to deliver within 1-3 days to the UK once the order has been dispatched. For US we offer an express delivery before 10.30am pending customs clearance once the order has been dispatched.

Please contact us if you would like a more accurate delivery date with regards to your order, if you would like your order to be sent using a specific method or if you would like us to pass on a message to our couriers regarding delivery instructions.

All orders will require a signature on delivery and you will receive an email with the tracking reference once the goods have been dispatched. If you would like to release your parcel without a signature, please specify this in your delivery notes.

Please note that we cannot be held accountable for delays during clearance at customs. Any customs or import duties will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Harvie and Hudson have no control over these charges and are unable to advise on what the cost will be as they vary between countries. We therefore recommend that all international customers (including those in the EU) make themselves aware of such local charges before ordering.
