Harvie and Hudson have been running trunk shows for three decades now. It started back in the 70’s, where our tailored experts travelled across to the USA to consult with our American customers about Made to Measure shirts and suits. It is important for us to build a rapport with our American customers, both longstanding and new. We enjoy meeting and getting feedback on our collections, as well as servicing customers shirt making needs.

In March, Mr Hudson and Mr Beadle will be visiting New York to meet with customers who are interested in purchasing a Made to Measure shirt or suit. Our e-commerce recently re-launched our tailoring department section online. It might be helpful to do your own research before meeting our tailored expert. 


Tailoring Department

Three main reasons for going to a Harvie and Hudson Trunk Show: 

 

  1. Personal face-to-face consultation – Our tailored expert’s find it useful to physically meet you, in order to get your accurate measurements. Otherwise, there is more likely to be errors when marking your shirt or suit. We want to get the right fit the first-time round. Made to Measure is an investment, so it’s better to get your correct size in our consultation rather than by phone or email. When you do it one time, it will be easier to repurchase as we would have noted your measurements in our records. Our USA Trunk Show is excellent for our oversees customer who cannot get to our Jermyn Street store. If you want a Made to Measure shirt or suit, then make sure you pop in to see us while we are in town.
     

  2. Personalisation & unique – You can create your own suit or shirt however you want. This type of service gives you the freedom to choose your own pattern, fabric, lining, trims, buttons and many more features. You won’t find your personalised shirt anywhere else.
