So sorry to hear that your customer experience was not up to scratch. Our slim fit shirts are quiet a generous fit so we will take your comments and pass them along to our buying team to see if we could improve on this in the future, In regards to the shipping cost we do apologize that you did not feel these were reasonable as our shipping prices are quiet competitive, we do usually have some promotions where shipping can be free so I would recommend signing up to our newsletter via our website should you wish to take advantage of the free shipping being offered at the time.
