Current Vacancies

Senior Sales Person 

o Full-time position
o 5 days a week, including weekends
o Based on rotating shift patterns)
o Shift hours: Monday to Saturday: 9:30am – 6:00pm | Sunday: 12:00pm – 5:00pm
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
1. Customer Service Excellence:
o Provide tailored, high-end customer service to both new and returning clients.
o Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our loyal customers, offering personalised shopping experiences.
o Understand customer needs and offer product recommendations that reflect the store's premium offerings (e.g., bespoke suits, luxury shirts, accessories).
o Handle any client queries or concerns with professionalism and diplomacy.

2. Sales & Business Development:
o Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
o Proactively identify opportunities to increase store sales and drive revenue growth.
o Promote the store’s offerings through upselling and cross-selling techniques, with a focus on building long-term customer loyalty.

3. Product Knowledge & Merchandising:
o Have an expert understanding of the store’s products, from tailoring services to the different types of fabrics, finishes, and craftsmanship involved.
o Stay updated on new collections, seasonal trends, and the finer details of the brands carried in the store.
o Maintain high standards of store presentation, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and the store remains visually appealing.

4. Team Leadership & Mentoring:
o Lead by example in sales performance, customer service, and store operations.
o We will provide sales associates mentorship and training, helping to develop their sales skills and product knowledge.

5. Operational Duties:
o Assist in stock management, including receiving deliveries, stock rotation, and inventory management.
o Ensure the store environment complies with health and safety standards.
o Handle cash, card transactions, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Essential Skills & Experience:

1. Sales Experience:
o Proven track record of success in luxury retail sales, preferably in menswear, high-end fashion, or related fields.
o At least 3–5 years in a senior sales role, with experience managing high-net-worth clients and working in a luxury environment.
o Ability to understand and anticipate customer preferences and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
 
2. Product Knowledge:
o Strong understanding of luxury menswear, including knowledge of fabrics, tailoring, and high-end accessories.
o Ability to articulate the differences between product ranges and demonstrate the value of premium goods.

3. Exceptional Communication Skills:
o Strong verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
o Ability to present products in a way that conveys the brand’s luxury appeal.

4. Luxury Brand Mindset:
o Understanding of the luxury consumer mindset and ability to cater to high-net-worth individuals.
o Discreet, polished, and professional appearance and manner.

5. Problem Solving & Initiative:
o Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
o Quick to take initiative and think on your feet to resolve customer concerns or operational issues.

Desirable Attributes:

1. Experience in Jermyn Street or Similar Locations:
o Knowledge of the Jermyn Street area and its prestigious clientele is a bonus.

2. Multilingual:
o Ability to speak other languages could be an asset, especially with an international clientele.

3. Formal Education:
o A degree in fashion management, business, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.

4. Passion for Menswear:
o A genuine interest in menswear fashion and an appreciation for quality craftsmanship would help align you with the brand ethos.
