The Royal Henley Regatta is one of the worlds most famous Regattas that takes place annually. The rowing event, which kickstarts on Wednesday 4th – Sunday 8th July is expected to draw in thousands of visitors globally, who will be watching over 200 races for the 5 day period. Founded in 1839, the Henley Regatta has built its reputation as a major sporting event as well as a social occasion.

Almost as important as the event itself are the outfits worn by the guests.

Selecting an outfit for the Henley Regatta is an exciting part of the occasion, and depending on which enclosure you will be in, consideration on what to wear must be taken.

If you are attending the Stewards Enclosure, (located at the finish line), there is a strict dress code. The requirement for gentlemen are jackets, blazers or lounge suits with a tie or cravat.
