WE ARE TEMPORARILY CLOSING OUR FLAGSHIP STORE
Following government advice and for the safety and wellbeing of all our customers and staff, we are temporarily closing our flagship store from 6 pm 20th March.
Our digital channels, as well as social, will continue to operate and our website will be updated to provide you with the latest information.
Is harvieandhudson.com still operating?
Very much so, our website is still operational, and you can place your order online. We are reserving stock from any order placed from 25th of March and will not be charging customers until we reopen.
Can I still place an order?
Yes, we are still taking orders online as always.
Can I still contact you if I have a question?

When will I receive my order?
Delivery may be a little slower due to courier limitations and staffing levels. If your order was placed on or after the 25th?of March, your items have been reserved and your order will not be charged until we reopen. We will contact you once we are fully operational to process your payment.
If I have an appointment in the store, what should I do?
All appointments have now been cancelled. We look forward to welcoming you back once our store reopens.
I want to have something altered or monogrammed, why is this option no longer available?
Unfortunately, for the safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff, personalisations are not presently available. We hope to offer this as soon as possible.
I have a repair or an item I need to collect from the store, how can I get this?
Unfortunately, as we have had to temporarily close the store, you will be unable to collect this. As soon as we reopen, we will be in touch to inform you when you can pick this up, or alternatively have this delivered.
Can I still click & collect?
Our click & collect service has been suspended while we temporarily close our flagship store, we hope to reopen this as soon as possible.
Can I pick up my existing click & collect?
Due to the temporary closure of our flagship store, this is not available. However, we will be in touch with alternative delivery methods as soon as possible. We will hold all click & collects until we reopen and will contact you when we are fully operational.

Harvie and Hudson have always been proud of its wonderful British heritage as a strong, family-owned shirt-maker in the heart of Jermyn Street. As an independent retailer who recently celebrated 70 years, we are particularly protective of our staff. We want to reassure you that we are working hard to ensure all the familiar faces you see when you shop with us are supported during this crisis.
These are not easy times for any of us. We, like you, have been watching the news and following the advice from the government, to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff, and customers. We have already temporarily closed our Flagship Store in Jermyn Street and suspended click and collects until further notice.
From the 25th of March we are temporarily suspending all online trading. We are no longer processing any orders with immediate effect, as we are not an essential business at this time, and we do not want to put our staff under unnecessary risk. We hope that this will not be for long, and in the meantime, we welcome you to view our Spring Summer collection.
Any orders placed will be sent out once we have reopened and any money will not be taken until the order has been despatched. If you do choose to place an order, we are pledging to donate 20% of all domestic sales during this crisis to Guys and St Thomas’ Charity and 20% of all international sales to Medicin Sans Frontieres on Full Price product.
