History
Thomas George Harvie and George Frederick Hudson set up in business as shirt makers of the finest quality shirts three generations ago. Their expertise and the excellence of their workmanship is maintained to this day by their direct descendants.
We are proud of the fact that we are the only remaining company still in sole ownership of the original families in the bespoke shirtmaking trade in Jermyn Street, London.
Our first premises were in 20 Duke Street and were part of the old Cavendish Hotel which, at the time, was owned by Rosa Lewis, 'The Duchess of Duke Street'.
We later moved to 77 Jermyn Street and since then have expanded to larger stores in 96 and 97 Jermyn Street and more recently to 55 Knightsbridge, where we are currently trading.
