How to Order

We hope that we have developed our website to be as intuitive as possible but here is a guide just to make the shopping experience as painless as possible

Browsing the Online Store

Starting on the Home Page you have four ways to browse through our products:

• Navigator - On the left. Click on the category you want to look through and it will split into further categories. Then click on those to look at product
• Best Sellers - There are four boxes of best selling products in the middle of the Home Page. These can be viewed and purchased very simply by clicking on the image
• Banners - At the bottom of the Home Page you will find banners leading you to products we feel may be of interest to you.
• Search - If you have a specific type of product or even a reference number of a product, you can type it in to the search window and it will be retriveved for you.

Purchasing a Product

Once you have found a product and used the sizing grid (where applicable) you can then add it to your basket. If you want to continue shopping you can do so or you can proceed straight to the checkout. Just use the blue buttons by the product. (see below for process)

New Customers

If you are a new customer you will need to press the " Create an account" butto in the New Customer area at the top of the checkout page. This area is fairly self explanatory. You will be taken throught an address field and credit card section. This information is secure ( see "Security and Privacy" for more detail.) You will then be asked to  " Add new card". Once this is filled out you can proceed to checkout.

Repeat Customers

Existing customers can simply go to the blue field above the basket and fill in your email address and password. Then press the "sign in and checkout" button. You may then continue as below.

Checkout

Here you will be asked to check your address details and indeed choose for the goods to be sent on to another address. When checked then press the blue "Checkout" button

Confirmation of Order

This page will show all the details of the order and will ask you for your CV2 code from the back of the card.

Once you have filled this in and are ready you can confirm the order using the blue button.

You will now be sent a fully detailed confirmation by email.
