What do I do if I want to return any of my items?
You may return any goods purchased from us via the website. Goods should be returned with original wrapping, not worn or washed.
Once we are in receipt of the goods, we will attempt to refund you in full within 7 working days (Please allow up to 30 days). Please see the Return Postage Costs section for how to return (see terms and conditions). The above complies with Section's 9 to 14 of the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
Note that if the returned goods were part of a multiple buy the remaining goods will revert to the single price and the refund will reflect this. 

Do I need to pay VAT?
All orders delivered to UK and EU addresses include VAT at the prevailing UK rate of 17.5%.
Orders delivered to addresses outside the EU will not include Value Added Tax (VAT) on the cost of the products purchased .Alterations/gift vouchers/gift boxes are charged at the UK VAT inclusive price.
Customers may have to pay local import duty once the package arrives. We do not have any control over these charges and cannot be responsible for them

When will I be charged for my order?
You will not be charged for any items until they have been shipped and you will then only be charged for those items that have been shipped. If the items you have ordered are shipped separately, you will only be charged once for delivery.

If I return items, how soon will I be refunded?
Where possible all refunds are processed within 7 day of receiving the returned items.

How do I know what size to order?
Please refer to our sizing guide for help on choosing the right size and fit for you.

Can I have my items altered?
Yes, you can request sleeve shortening. Shirt sleeve alterations are charged at £12.50 per garment. Please alow a little more time for our workroom to complete these jobs professionally.

What happens if I do not receive my order in the timeframe?
Our goods normally arrive within the specified delivery timeframe, however from time to time problems may occur. If your order has not arrived, please contact our customer contact centre on 44 (0) 207 8393578 from 09:00am – 17:30pm from Monday to Saturday. Alternatively you can email us at info@harvieandhudson.com and we will investigate any problems and queries immediately.

Do I need to sign for my purchase?
Parcels sent by UK standard delivery are delivered by Royal Mail and do not require a signature on delivery. These normally arrive within 2 to 3 working days from the date of despatch. Deliveries are Monday to Friday only.
 International delivery requires an signature on delivery and normally arrive within 5 to 10 working days ( if you are out a card might be left at your address, it depends on the postal service in you country ).

Do the prices displayed include tax?
Yes.

I saw a shirt on the web site a few months ago but it is not there anymore – can I still buy it?
Some of our shirts are seasonal exclusives - this means we make them in small numbers and they are likely only to be available for a few months. If the shirt you liked was one of these exclusive shirts then it may not be possible to locate one - we recommend that you call our Web Sales Team on (0044) (0) 207 8393578.
