At Harvie and Hudson we take great pride in the fact that we
still make the very finest shirts to order on the premises at 77
Jermyn Street. They are cut by hand in the store and finished in
our workroom nearby in the West End of London.
Whether you are looking for a specific shirt for a special occasion
like a Wedding, an Evening Dress shirt or just a colour and style
that you cannot find ready-made, we are here to offer help and
advice.
We offer an extensive range of the finest English, Swiss and
Italian shirtings in a variety of weights from Wool/Cotton mix
country shirts to ultra light 2-fold 300s cotton and everything in
between, including Poplins, Linens, Silks,
Twills, Oxfords and Voiles.
We also offer hand-sewn monograms in a wide choice of styles and
colours.
The entire range of cloths is available at 77 Jermyn Street or, by
appointment, at any of our stores or, indeed, on our regular visits

Our Bespoke shirts start at £210 with a minimum first order of 4
shirts. With this service, the fitter will measure you, discuss
style details and preferences and use all this information to
draught a pattern exclusive to you, which allows you to design your
shirts to your own individual style.
We then make up 1 of your shirts as a sample and ask you to wash it
and wear it 3-4 times to make sure that you are perfectly happy
with it. Any alterations necessary will be made to the sample and
when you are happy, we make up the rest of the order.
We also offer a Stock Special service, starting at £160 per shirt
which includes the same choice of cloths and is made in the same
workroom, but without the pattern making. There is a choice of 3
body fits per chest size and you can specify body length, sleeve
length and collar size to the nearest 1/4", with a choice of 12
collar styles and 4 cuff styles.
